Overview
Clinic OS software, documentation, and product materials are owned by ZAIXOS and licensed to customers under their active subscription or evaluation agreement. These license terms supplement our Terms.

Subscription License
Paid plans grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Clinic OS for your clinic operations during the subscription term, subject to plan limits and acceptable use.

Evaluation
Free and trial access is provided for evaluation only and may be limited by published usage caps.

Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense Clinic OS except as expressly allowed in writing by ZAIXOS or as permitted by law.
